Wingfield Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (formerly Wingfield Hills Health & Wellness) is a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Sparks, Nevada. We are licensed for 120 beds, making us one of the largest nursing homes in Northern Nevada.
